Guilty

I have a friend who blames herself for all the fight that happen in our little group. She blames herself and then cries about it for days. To lighten her mood about something that happened, I was just joking about how she is the cause of everything that happens in the world. I even managed to link her to the earthquake in Japan!
It was all light jokes and fun, but it got me thinking. Isn't it true that everyone is connected to everyone in ways that can affect the world? Have you ever seen "The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button"? He gives a perfect example of this. How Daisy hurt her leg and had to give up dancing for ever was a result of the intermingling of several lives and problems. In that way, we could be the reason why something happens on the other side of the world. Even the good incidents.
